Our Japanese heritage, Hong Kong upbringing and extensive travels across Asia have collided to bring you Midori.  

We pride ourselves in our original recipes, which we make from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. 

Plus, we advocate supporting local businesses so all of our meat and veggies are sourced from Didsbury & Withington suppliers and when possible, our friend's allotments.  

Unlike many store-bought frozen dumpling brands, we strongly oppose the use of preservatives and bland 'bulkers' - every single ingredient has a purpose in creating unforgettable flavour and mouthfeel.   

On top of that, we also offer a bespoke catering service, so if you want our food at your party, we've got you covered.
